After over 20 years of plumbing experience, Dave took a leap of faith, investing his savings into one plumbing truck, filling it piece by piece with tools, and launching the company from the ground up.

In the early days, the road was far from smooth. Some weeks brought just two service calls, while others jumped to twenty. It was a grind—late nights, uncertain schedules, and the tough reality of building something from scratch. But with his son as his first hire and a reputation for excellence already circulating through word of mouth, Dave pushed forward. Slowly but surely, the business grew—first one truck, then two, and today, Division One Plumbing proudly operates with six employees and a fleet of trucks serving the greater Spokane, WA area.
